The Florida Christian College Suns (logo at left) came into the NCCAA tournament seeded 4th, but unfortunately had a rough time of it, losing both their opening round game and also the consolation bracket game. The Suns are definitely up and coming, however, and have added baseball recently, with swirling rumors about a possible football program as well.
In the USCAA tournament the 8th seeded Berkeley College Knights are THE story, having put together three upsets three days in a row to advance to today’s championship game against the Andrews Cardinals. Meanwhile the NAIA quarterfinals are set for today.
