Here we are in Part 3 of my feature on updates regarding those teams I get the most e-mails about. I’m going in alphabetical order so we resume where we left off in Part 2.
MARITIME COLLEGE PRIVATEERS – MEN – The men’s team is 5-3 overall and 3-1 in conference play. They are an impressive 3-1 on the road as well. Their next game is Dec 30th against NYU. Basketball is not one of the sports Maritime sponsors for women so there is no women’s team to update. Continue reading

Each day this week I’ll be taking a quick look at the teams my readers e-mail me about the most. Beginning next week Balladeer’s Blog will hunker down and specifically address the standings in each division. I’m going alphabetically with the teams I’m examining so we resume where we left off yesterday.
FLORIDA CHRISTIAN COLLEGE SUNS – MEN – The men’s team started out hot and were 5-2 at one point but have now lost their last four in a row. How- EVAH, as Stephen A Smith would say, two of those losses were to D1 and D2 teams (Bethune- Cookman and Northwood) and the rest of their schedule is fairly sane so look for them to bounce back.
