The Norwich Cadets hockey team won the D3 women’s championship by defeating the RIT Tigers by a score of 5-2. In 2010 the Cadets made it all the way to the title game only to lose to the Amherst Lord Jeffs (yes, even their ladies teams go by the Lord Jeffs) but this year Norwich closed the deal. [...]

The Saint Norbert College Green Knights (love that name) brought home their 2nd D3 college hockey championship by defeating the Adrian Bulldogs 4-3.
